Gather the necessary documents to show the Landscape Committee regarding your project. You can begin this process before the committee responds to your request.
Some of the common documents to include in the request:
1. Copy of the Plat of survey with sketch of requested change (location, grade, heights)
2. Materials List / Colors
3. If applicable, copy of the brochure or sales material of improvment

Upon review, you will receive an email and a letter within 30 days stating the approval or denial of the project or with a request for additional documentation
Upon approval, you will have 90 days from the date of the letter to complete the project.
