If you need a Paid Assessment Letter (PAL) please email the Board directly at arborcreekboard@gmail.com. PAL requests must come from the current homeowner. Please allow up to 10 business days for return of PAL after request, provided all fees are paid in full. We do not provide a 22.1 disclosure as we are not a condo association. Other commonly requested materials are available to download and print on our website including, meeting minutes, by-laws and covenants.
